Avonti standard poodles is a small select breeding establishment of white and black standard poodles. In the past 12 months we have also ventured into the miniature poodle.

We have been involved with poodles for the past 20 years, and bred our first litter in 1999. We are located 25 min from the city of Adelaide. Our poodles live in the house and are a part of our family.

We are passionate about poodles and over the years our dedication to the breed, has brought great success to our kennel.

Our Aim is to breed healthy, happy, sound, standard poodles of excellent quality. Temperament is our first priority when breeding a litter.

Angela has been a member of the purebred dog scene in Australia for the past 34 years. She is a licensed judge for group 7 and is trainee for groups 3,2 and 1. Her love for poodles began 20 years ago when she purchased her first standard poodle Amadou Jazz Cat, (Zuki). During her time involved in the dog world she has also exhibited German Shepherd Dogs and Rottweillers. Angela also enjoys obedience and agility. Angela has 2 children, a son, Kristan and a daughter, Jaimee. She also has 3 grandkids, Alexandria, Zacharie and Mackenzie. Angela is also a leadlight artist . Jaimee first started handling at 8 years of age.

Her first show dog was a black standard poodle Amadou Alley Cat, (Meg).

Jaimee has just recently aquired a new white mini and is looking forward to getting her out into the ring.

She has a wonderful son Mackenzie, who will be 7 in February 08.

She has 2 poodles, Georgie and Ruby.

Mackenzie adores all the dogs.

He will be in year 2 this school year.

He is learning to play tennis, basketball and had joined oz kick.

Mackenzie loves the football and is a keen crows supporter.
